About Me

Brid Brady

Mammy to 4 children , Seán, Aisling, Aoife, Liam. From East Clare but living in Limerick.

For many years Iv’e been on a wellness journey and have gone from being a very stressed out , self critical woman to being a much more content positive person who like everyone else has great days and not so great ones but the difference being I have a toolkit of techniques to help me deal with the not not so great ones. My mission is to share that toolkit of techniques with as many people as possible so they too can manage stress and be content and joyful in their own lives.

Calm your Inner Critic Workshop

This workshop is for people who:
Are sick of the impact that their negative self-talk is having on their lives. They find themselves constantly running a negative story about themselves in their head. They overthink small situations and beat themselves up for what they did or didn’t do. They have low self-worth and self-image and feel somehow “less” than others. They find day-to-day stresses very challenging because of the inner critic mental habit pattern they have.
